Job Description

Job Title

Instrumentation Engineer – Site In‑Charge

Overview

Lead and manage all instrumentation execution activities on-site—from installation and calibration to testing and commissioning—ensuring system performance, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise instrumentation installation, loop hook-ups, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
Manage vendor and subcontractor coordination, technical bids, and drawing reviews.
Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and quality inspections on field devices and control systems.
Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards (ISA, IEC, API, etc.).
Drive documentation—instrument index, loop diagrams, BOQ, commissioning logs.
Coordinate progress updates, forecasts, and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation or E&I.
5–10 years in instrumentation engineering, preferably in EPC projects.
Prior site in-charge or lead role is preferred.

Technical Skills

Hands‑on experience with field instruments (pressure, flow, temp transmitters), control valves, DCS/PLC/SIS, F&G systems.
Familiar with tools like SPI‑INTOOLS, AVEVA, AutoCAD.
Knowledge of instrumentation standards and calibration techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
