Site Engineer: (Mechanical/Electrical) Location: Patnagarh, Bolangir, Odisha Company: SAARAS Group Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Negotiable) Job Summary: SAARAS Group is seeking an experienced and resourceful Site Manager with expertise in electrical engineering and a strong understanding of mechanical equipment. This role will oversee site operations, ensure equipment functionality, and coordinate maintenance activities. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, a smart problem-solver, and is comfortable working in an onsite setting to maintain smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: - Site Supervision: Oversee and manage all on-site operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. - Electrical Management: Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components to ensure reliable performance. - Mechanical Equipment Oversight: Maintain, inspect, and supervise the repair of mechanical equipment, ensuring all machinery is functioning efficiently. - Maintenance Coordination: Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules for electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime. - Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality standards are met. - Inventory Management: Track equipment, tools, and materials needed for site operations; coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels. - Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols on-site and ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and project updates. Qualifications: - Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field. Skills & Knowledge: - Proficiency in electrical engineering with a solid understanding of mechanical systems and equipment. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach. - Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
