Site Engineer-Commercial Interior

• Oversee daily operations on the site, ensuring that the work is carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet the specified standards and design.
• Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
• Prepare progress reports for management and clients, ensuring timely communication regarding project milestones and any challenges faced.
• Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure the project is delivered according to their expectations.
• Monitor project costs and expenses to ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget.
• Identify areas for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure all work is completed to the client’s satisfaction and in line with the project requirements.
• Oversee the handover of the completed interior fit-out to the client, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.

Preferring candidates from similar industry
Minimum 3-5 years of experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
