Responsibilities: Coordinate all design aspects of commercial interior projects from concept to completion. Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to develop design concepts. Prepare, review, and manage detailed drawings, specifications, mood boards, and presentations. Ensure design deliverables meet functional, aesthetic, and technical standards. Support project managers by providing necessary design inputs during various project phases. Track project timelines and ensure all design-related tasks are completed as per schedule. Maintain documentation, approvals, and change management for all design revisions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in commercial interior design coordination. Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-outs, finishes, materials, and furniture. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and time management skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Oversee daily operations on the site, ensuring that the work is carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet the specified standards and design. Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution. Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage. Prepare progress reports for management and clients, ensuring timely communication regarding project milestones and any challenges faced. Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure the project is delivered according to their expectations. Monitor project costs and expenses to ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget. Identify areas for cost savings without compromising quality or safety. Conduct final inspections to ensure all work is completed to the client’s satisfaction and in line with the project requirements. Oversee the handover of the completed interior fit-out to the client, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.
