Oversee on-site construction work and ensure proper execution as per project plans
Supervise and coordinate with laborers, contractors, and construction teamsActively participate in construction activities and assist in work executionEnsure quality control, material management, and adherence to safety protocolsRead and interpret structural drawings and ensure compliance with design specificationsMonitor project progress, manage timelines, and report daily updatesHandle troubleshooting and resolve on-site challengesMaintain records of work, materials, and workforce utilization
Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 1-3 years in site execution and managementWillingness to stay on-site and be hands-on in construction activitiesStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulationsProficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage
