Role Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Site Engineer / Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience, including team handling or site coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing project execution, supervise on-site teams, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality work within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision & Coordination

• Manage daily on-site activities and assist in executing installation work per design specifications.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety on the site.
• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure team productivity.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to streamline workflow.

Technical & Quality Support

• Read and understand basic technical drawings/layouts.
• Conduct site measurements and quality inspections.
• Ensure installations align with brand standards and client expectations.

Material & Logistics

• Track and manage site materials and tools.
• Report shortages or delays to the procurement team promptly.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily work logs, material consumption records, and team attendance.
• Share site updates and reports with the Project Head regularly.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience:

• 1–2 years in site execution or supervision (preferably in interiors or civil)

Skills:

• Ability to supervise teams, communicate instructions clearly
• Working knowledge of measurements and tools
• Ability to understand technical drawings (basic level)
• Languages: Telugu, Hindi, and English (must)

Additional:

• Must have a valid two-wheeler and license for site visits
• Should be willing to travel within Hyderabad as needed

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience and skillset)
