We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) with 0–1years of experience to join our construction team. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, and contributing to the successful execution of civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily site operations and coordinate with team members. Support site supervisors in managing construction activities. Help ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Maintain records of materials and work progress. Learn and adhere to company procedures and safety regulations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Experience: 0–1years of experience in site supervision, project execution, or related civil engineering roles. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of construction techniques, materials, and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.
