Job Title: Site Engineer (Interior Projects – Tiles & Décor)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for interior/tile installation works.
• Take accurate measurements of area (sq. ft./sq. m) for site planning and Bill of Quantities
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and vendor teams to ensure timely completion.
• Handle on-site labor, maintain discipline and ensure productivity.
• Submit daily work reports and progress updates.
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance on-site.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and stretch work hours when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in site supervision or interior/tile work.
• Must have a personal bike for site travel.
• Strong verbal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Must be ready to relocate to Shamshabad (by 2026).
• Should be open to commit a minimum of 2 years with the organization.
• Leadership qualities to manage teams and meet timelines.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and layouts.
• Working knowledge of tile patterns, material usage, and measurement concepts.
• Ability to work under deadlines and deliver consistent performance.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
