Required qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Preferred qualifications include experience in field operations or project coordination, familiarity with data collection tools, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In terms of technical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management systems is required. Soft skills such as problem-solving abilities, adaptability, commitment to continuous learning, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role. The position is on-site at EPTRON SOLUTIONS PVT LTD in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, requiring employees to work from the office six days a week.
