Showroom Manager

Job Title: Furniture Showroom Manager Location: Palasia ,Indore Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–2years Position Overview: The Furniture Showroom Manager will oversee all aspects of showroom operations including sales, team management, customer service, and visual merchandising. The role is key to delivering a seamless customer experience and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the furniture showroom efficiently. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high service standards. Ensure effective visual merchandising and showroom cleanliness. Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. Oversee inventory, coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams. Train staff on product knowledge, customer service, and POS system use. Track sales, maintain records, and submit reports to management. Monitor competitor trends and implement promotional strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or a related field. 3–6 years of showroom or retail management experience, preferably in furniture or home décor. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and Tally . Preferred Skills: Good and fluent English communication (spoken & written). Working knowledge of Tally for billing and reporting. Experience in layout planning and interior presentation. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.56 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
