The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the show's production from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and high-quality viewer experience. Responsibilities: Conceptualize, plan, and execute show formats and segments Coordinate with writers, directors, hosts, and crew to ensure smooth production Manage pre-production, production, and post-production workflows Ensure shows are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards Collaborate with marketing and social media teams for promotion and distribution Lead content reviews, provide creative direction, and maintain editorial standards Oversee technical aspects, including set design, lighting, audio, and video Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Film, or a related field 2+ years of experience in TV, digital media, or live event production Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proven ability to manage teams and work under tight deadlines Proficiency in editing software and production tools is a plus Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement Preferred Skills: Experience with live broadcasts or streaming platforms Knowledge of production budgeting and scheduling Familiarity with camera operations, scripting, and set logistics To Apply: Submit your resume, portfolio (if applicable), and a brief statement outlining your relevant experience and why you're a great fit for this role.
