Job Description

AHEAD is seeking an analytical and data-savvy self-starter with a passion for helping others harness data to improve decision making and drive organizational intelligence. We're targeting a disciplined, intellectually curious, and creative individual who is comfortable operating in ambiguitya strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. As an analyst for Services Operations, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that we effectively monitor and improve our services operations, deeply understand issues that impact our group, and work closely with operations, finance, and engineering partners to set the right business priorities to best support the organization Roles and Responsibilities: Working with cross-functional partners and internal tools, which include but are not limited to Salesforce (SF), Financial Force Accounting (FFA), and Salesforce PSA, to provide best-in-class monitoring and alerting for the TSS organization, by way of dashboards, ad-hoc data pulls, and regular business reviews Appling your knowledge in business analysis, technical knowledge, and presentation of data to identify trends and opportunities for scale Compiling and or running of reports and distributing to required stakeholders throughout the organization from leadership to individual contributors on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence Creation of new reports and or dashboards within native salesforce or salesforce analytics (Tableau) to increase the visibility of key metrics with the organization Continued focus on improving the processes and system configurations to make operations as streamlined and accurate as possible. Education and Experience Experience with the Salesforce Platform Suite Previous experience working in a Services Organization Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems using data and technology Ability to work independently and follow process documentation Ability to stay organized and composed while managing multiple tasks Strong documentation skills Highly Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel Tableau experience would be a plus Experience providing top-level customer service A passion for cutting-edge technology Learns quickly and adapts well to new challenges Enthusiastic and motivated to learn and grow.
