As a VKYC Specialist at TVS Credit, you'll lead the end-to-end video-based KYC process for customer onboarding. This role helps rapidly scale digital lending via secure remote verification, ensuring compliance with RBI and internal policies. Role & responsibilities Conduct live video KYC sessions with customers verifying identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, DL, Voter ID, etc.) and performing liveness checks Ensure pre-KYC compliance : Aadhaar OTP/eKYC or offline document retrieval from DigiLocker or CKYC Capture geo-tagging , time stamping, and record the customers consent during each session Perform real-time document validation , verify facial match, and challenge for liveness (gestures or live tasks) . Maintain session records and upload video transcripts for internal audit and secondary review, ensuring adherence to RBI-secured storage norms Identify and escalate mismatches, discrepancies , or potential fraud promptly. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in any discipline; degree in commerce, law, or IT preferred. 2–4 years in financial services , especially in KYC, onboarding, or customer verification roles.
