Skills: ServiceNow Tester - ITSM, HRSD, CSM

• 5+ Experience on testing applications on ServiceNow platform

• Experience in testing ServiceNow applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, ATF in ServiceNow) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on ServiceNow modules.
• Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Validate workflows, UI elements, and business rules in ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
