As a Service Now Manager at EY, your role will involve leading a group in the Service Now Practice, providing directions and strategies to grow the firm's Service Now footprint, managing large and complex Service Now implementations, product development, and sales enablement. This is a global role that requires experience in working with large global teams spread across multiple geographies. Your responsibilities will include leading sales and pre-sales work in Service Now, responding to client proposals, participating in orals, and helping grow the Service Now business. You should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Service Now Partner ecosystem, licensing model, and platform management models. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and developing large solutions combining the Service Now platform, automation, and workflow capabilities for EY customers. In this role, you will lead an offshore team in all Service Now modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Sec Ops, covering blueprint, design, configuration, build, and roll-out phases. You will need to have knowledge and experience of both the functional and technical aspects for successful implementation, working closely with various stakeholders such as business, process leads, and the offshore team. To be successful in this role, you should have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, preferably from a top-tier Global System Integrator. Additionally, you should hold at least two Service Now Implementation Certifications, ITIL Intermediate, COBIT, and/or TOGAF certifications, Agile and Scrum Master certifications, as well as a PMP certification. Your role will also involve contributing to people-related initiatives, including recruiting, retaining, and training staff, as well as maintaining an educational program to continually develop the personal skills of all staff. You will be expected to perform an appropriate role in business development, such as pre-sales, internal engagement, and knowledge management.
