ServiceNow ITOM Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to take charge of designing, strategizing, and executing ITOM solutions for extensive ServiceNow environments. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive hands-on skills across all ITOM modules and substantial architectural leadership experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence/Health Log Analytics, and Cloud Management/Orchestration. - Design resilient and scalable solutions for CMDB population, health, and governance, event correlation, alert management, root cause analysis, and automated service dependency mapping. - Formulate ITOM roadmaps and strategies in alignment with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices. - Establish integration patterns between ITOM and ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, AIOps, and third-party monitoring tools. - Provide guidance to technical teams on development, configuration, and customizations utilizing probes, sensors, discovery patterns, event rules, and service maps. - Execute CMDB rationalization, data model design, and health reporting. - Collaborate with various stakeholders, including platform owners, security, and infrastructure teams, to ensure successful ITOM delivery. - Conduct architectural reviews, technical workshops, and governance sessions. - Drive best practices, standardization, and optimization in ServiceNow ITOM deployments. - Evaluate and recommend new ITOM features and ServiceNow upgrades. - Offer mentorship to ITOM developers and consultants. Required Skills & Experience: - 8-12 years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 5 years in ITOM architecture and leadership roles. - Proficiency in architecting solutions using Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, CMDB health, and governance. - Sound knowledge of MID Server architecture, distributed deployments, and security configurations. - Thorough understanding of CMDB CI classes, relationship models, normalization, and reconciliation. - Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITOM with external monitoring and IT operations tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor. - Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs. - Familiarity with ServiceNow AIOps/Health Log Analytics is preferred. - ITOM Suite certifications (CIS-ITOM) and ServiceNow Architect certifications are advantageous. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
