This critical role ensures 100% uptime of all vital equipment, coordinates with vendors, and implements robust operational and safety procedures in a 24x7 environment. Positions Goal: To oversee complete engineering and maintenance requirements of the facility, ensuring 100% uptime of all critical equipment and coordinating with vendors for AMC services. Deliverable Role/Responsibilities: Operational & Maintenance Oversight : Take handover from the previous shift. Monitor and maintain all M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) related equipment , including Electrical Systems, UPS, Lifts, HVAC, Precision A/C, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc. Conduct daily internal walkthroughs to ensure all fixtures and fittings are in good order.
