Key Responsibilities: Architect and lead implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules: CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration. Build integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Webhooks. Work with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP. Develop custom solutions using JavaScript and Glide API. Collaborate with stakeholders and drive ITIL-aligned ITOM solutions. Mandatory Skills: Strong experience as ITOM Architect ServiceNow scripting & integrations expertise Preferred Skills: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM Solid understanding of ITIL, ITSM & change management
