Responsibilities

Þ Providing service and customer support during field visits

Þ Managing all onsite service, repair, maintenance and test tasks

Þ Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper soluTons

Þ IdenTfy client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

Þ Onsite real Tme report generaTon in mobile applicaTon

Þ Report to the Business Development ExecuTve

Þ Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Þ Follow team schedule

Þ Professionalism

Requirements

1) Proven work experience as a Service Technician

2) Familiarity with Tools & machinery

3) Excellent communication skills

4) Open for touring across region

5) Minimum working experience: 2 years or Fresher

6) Minimum qualificaTon: ITI (Preference to Fi,er trade)

Pay: ₹10,540.23 - ₹21,331.85 per month
