Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing first-level technical support to customers experiencing software-related issues. Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, WA in a timely manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic software issues using established procedures

  • Escalate complex technical problems to development team.

  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM ticketing system.

  • Educate customers on how to use software features.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Basic understanding of software systems, operating systems, and common troubleshooting steps.

Knowledge of SaaS or cloud-based applications will be an added advantage.

Language: fluency in Marathi, Hindi, English
