Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:1.      Job Allocation & Team Supervision ·        Assign job cards to technicians based on skillset and job priority. ·        Ensure timely and accurate job distribution and completion. ·        Monitor technician productivity and efficiency. 2.      Customer Interaction & Satisfaction ·        Interact with customers to understand service needs and ensure resolution. ·        Handle escalations and provide timely feedback. ·        Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service delivery. 3.      Execution of New Ideas for Productivity ·        Identify areas for process improvements. ·        Implement innovative methods to reduce turnaround time and enhance workflow. ·        Coordinate with OEM for technical upgrades and service camps. 4.      Daily Monitoring & Target Achievement ·        Track workshop performance and generate daily reports (e.g., job card count, labor revenue, spare parts sales). ·        Take corrective measures to meet or exceed service and business targets. ·        Plan and drive monthly service marketing activities. 5.      Employee Engagement & Team Development ·        Conduct regular team meetings and feedback sessions. ·        Recognize and reward good performance. ·        Motivate the team through training and team-building activities.
