We're Hiring – Service Manager (Construction Equipment Industry)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day service operations for Earthmoving and Construction Equipment.
  • Handle customer service issues with professionalism and timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with technicians and service teams for efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor equipment performance and plan preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain service records, reports, and warranty documentation.
  • Provide technical support and training to the service team.

Role Requires :


  • Experience:

    5–10 years in Service Management of Earthmovers / Heavy Construction Equipment.
  • Education

    : B-tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of brands like JCB, CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, etc.
  • Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team management and leadership qualities.
  • Preferred candidates from local territory (Kota/ Bharatpur or nearby).
