Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Company Secretary at JCB Rajesh Motors located in Transport Nagar, Jaipur. The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for assisting in company secretarial tasks, maintaining statutory records, preparing board meeting agendas, drafting resolutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Companies Act , SEBI, FEMA, and other statutory & regulatory bodies Draft, prepare, and maintain minutes of Board Meetings , AGMs , Committee Meetings , etc. Manage ROC filings , annual returns, and maintain statutory registers Coordinate with internal departments, legal advisors, auditors, and government officials Advise the Board and management on corporate governance best practices Draft resolutions, agreements, notices, and disclosures as required Qualifications Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Proficiency in MS Office, legal databases, and ROC/SEBI/FEMA portals Proficiency in company secretarial tasks and statutory record maintenance Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Knowledge of corporate governance principles Experience in a similar role is a plus Show more Show less
