Service Engineer

Service engineer installs, maintains, and repairs equipment or systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. They diagnose technical issues, provide on-site or remote support, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Commissioning: Setting up new equipment and systems, ensuring proper functionality.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment malfunctions.
• Technical Support: Providing expert advice and assistance to customers regarding the use and maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues with equipment and systems.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs and repair reports.
• Compliance: Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Customer Satisfaction: Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships.
• Inventory Management: Managing spare parts and tools necessary for repairs.
• Training: Providing training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Collaboration: Working with other technical staff to resolve complex problems.
• Process Improvement: Developing and implementing strategies to improve equipment performance and reliability.
