Role Description

This is a full-time, role for a Service Engineer for VRF systems and Duct products. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing VRF Commissioning activities, troubleshooting, technical support and repair tasks. The role involves visiting customer sites to help and guide dealer engineer for diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, conducting regular maintenance procedures, and ensuring optimal performance of VRF systems.

Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting and maintenance & repair skills for VRF systems
Experience in field service and technical support
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with and give support to dealer field engineers and manage on-site tasks effectively
Diploma in Engineering or a related field is a plus
Previous experience in HVAC and particular in VRF or related industries is advantageous
