Service Engineer for VRF Systems

Job Description As a Service Engineer at Fujitsu General India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of VRF systems and Duct products. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting VRF Commissioning activities, troubleshooting technical issues, providing repair services, and offering technical support to customers. You will be required to visit customer sites, collaborate with dealer engineers, diagnose problems, implement solutions, perform regular maintenance tasks, and optimize the performance of VRF systems. To excel in this role, you must possess strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills specific to VRF systems, along with prior experience in field service and technical support. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and providing guidance to dealer field engineers. Additionally, the ability to manage on-site tasks efficiently and work collaboratively with the team is crucial. While a Diploma in Engineering or a related field is preferred, previous experience in HVAC with a focus on VRF or related industries will be advantageous.
