Job Description

The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the service department. Your main responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their vehicle service/repair needs, opening job cards, recording customer complaints accurately, providing repair and maintenance estimates, coordinating with technicians for vehicle diagnosis and repair, updating customers on service progress, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles, explaining invoices and work done in simple terms to customers, and handling customer complaints or queries professionally. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. You will be working day shifts with the opportunity for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person.,
