The Group aims to be a one-stop customer solution right from car buying and after sales to service, repair, maintenance, insurance and more. Job Description: A Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, bridging the gap between customers and technicians. They listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, communicate repair needs to technicians, and explain service procedures and costs to the customer. Service Advisors also manage appointments, follow up with customers post-service, and may be involved in selling additional services. Key Responsibilities: · Customer Communication: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and explain service options in a clear and understandable manner. · Diagnostic and Repair Order Creation: Assess vehicle issues, create detailed repair orders, and communicate with technicians. · Scheduling and Coordination: Manage service appointments, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal customer wait times. · Estimates and Financial Management: Develop service estimates, calculate costs, and manage customer payments. · Sales and Upselling: May be responsible for selling additional services and products to customers. · Customer Follow-up: Ensure customer satisfaction post-service and address any concerns. · Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history. · Process Improvement: Collaborate with the service team to identify and implement process improvements.
