Roles and Responsibilities Provide advisory services to customers on automobile service, warranty claims, and repair options. Manage after-sales service operations, including workshop management, final inspections, and vehicle evaluations. Handle customer complaints and queries related to technical services, body shop repairs, and vehicle maintenance. Ensure timely resolution of warranty issues through effective handling and management processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of diagnostic testing and repair services. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in an auto industry or similar field (after sales service). Strong knowledge of automobile service, four-wheeler vehicles, warranty claims processing, and diagnosis techniques. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
