The Restaurant Server position at Indian Desire in Noida Sector-104 requires you to provide exceptional guest service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a timely and professional manner. As the face of the restaurant, you are expected to maintain a warm, friendly, and attentive approach at all times. Your key responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, assisting with seating, presenting menus, taking accurate orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, checking in with guests for satisfaction, clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization, following food safety standards, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. To qualify for this role, previous experience in a restaurant or guest service role is preferred. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is also required. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for fresher and internship roles.
