Position: Restaurant Server

Location: indian desire noida sector- 104

Reports to: : Restaurant Manager / Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing exceptional guests service to guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a timely and professional manner. Servers are the face of the restaurant and are expected to maintain a warm, friendly, and attentive approach at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating (if needed).
• Present menus, explain dishes or daily specials, and answer questions about the menu or restaurant.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Ensure timely and correct delivery of food and beverages.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operation and communication.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or guest service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹9,133.05 - ₹31,226.79 per month
