Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns promptly and professionally. Clear and reset tables efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operation and communication. Process bills and handle payments accurately. Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience. Qualifications: Previous experience in a restaurant or guest service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
