Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Indore for an SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve the online presence of our academy, analyzing performance data to optimize marketing campaigns, managing pay-per-click (PPC) ads, and conducting keyword research. You will collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure alignment with our brand objectives and goals. Additionally, you will monitor analytics to track the effectiveness of our campaigns and suggest improvements for better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in SEO strategy, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization
• Experience with performance marketing, PPC ad management, and marketing analytics
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques
• Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and marketing platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
