SEO + GEO Growth Specialist

We’re seeking a forward-thinking SEO + GEO Growth Strategist to lead the next wave of AI-first discoverability. This hybrid role blends traditional SEO mastery with cutting-edge Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) ensuring Mylo brand surfaces not only in Google but also across ChatGPT, Perplexity, SGE, and other LLMs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute holistic strategy combining traditional SEO and GEO/AEO.
• Lead technical optimizations: crawlability, structured data, site structure.
• Architect content with FAQ schema, natural language Q&A, citations, and authority signals.
• Conduct extensive keyword/intention research using LLM‑supported tools.
• Track SEO KPIs (rankings, traffic) and GEO metrics (AI‑engine citations, brand mentions).
• Collaborate with PR for external citations from authoritative sources.
• Pilot tools to track brand presence in AI outputs and refine strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in SEO, with recent experience in AI‑driven discoverability.
• Deep knowledge of AEO/GEO—structuring content for AI models.
• Proficient with SEO analytics and GEO-tracking platforms (SEM rush)
• Excellent writing and data storytelling skills.
• Leadership capability with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Core Skills and Areas of Development
Content Planning

• Maintain an always-on calendar for keyword cluster deployment, page refreshes, schema updates, and Q&A assets.
• Work across website, blog, product pages and understand what AI 1 content is needed for Ranking
• Craft Q&A-based, stat-rich, E‑E‑A‑T friendly copy built for AI ingestion and user engagement.

Technical Audits & Plan Growth

• Understand how authority can be built and scale visibility in LLMs & Search Engines
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Surfer to test prompt quality and optimize content.
• QA all outputs: meta tags, schema markup, headings, internal linking, and image alt attributes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
