Job description Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design engaging and user-friendly websites and landing pages. You will work closely with our development and content teams to bring digital ideas to life through beautiful, responsive, and intuitive designs. Key Responsibilities: Design and update company websites, landing pages, and UI components Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile Ensure consistent branding, layout, and visual storytelling Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately Optimize designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop responsiveness Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and tools Required Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript Experience in responsive and mobile-first design Good eye for color, typography, layout, and user experience Ability to handle multiple design tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of web accessibility and design best practices Bonus Skills (Good to Have): Experience with UI/UX design systems Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind Basic animation or motion design (Lottie, After Effects, etc.) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
