Senior Video Editor

What You’ll Do:

• Edit long-form video content for a variety of clients: podcasts, talk shows, explainers, documentaries, and more
• Work closely with producers and creative leads to understand project goals, style, and deliverables
• Manage post-production workflow, including syncing multicam footage, organizing assets, and structuring timelines
• Handle color correction, audio balancing, graphics integration, and final exports
• Ensure content meets client specs, brand guidelines, and tight deadlines
• Take feedback from stakeholders and make revisions efficiently
• Occasionally assist with cutting down long-form content into short promos or teasers for social media

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–4 years of professional experience

  in video editing (agency, production house, or freelance)
• Strong skills in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  (plus bonus points for After Effects, Audition, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Proven experience editing long-form video content (portfolio required)
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow
• Solid technical skills: color correction, audio mixing, basic motion graphics
• Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail, able to keep projects moving under tight timelines
• Strong communicator and collaborator

Bonus Points:

• Experience editing content for podcasts, talk shows, or documentaries
• Familiarity with multicam editing and syncing
• Ability to adapt to different content styles and tones across projects
• Interest in mentoring junior editors or sharing best practices
