Job Description

Senior Unit Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within a specific unit or region.

Roles:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and adapting strategies as needed.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Act as a point of contact for escalated client issues.

Must:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or field sales or marketing.
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Must be a local candidate
  • Ability to build and maintain a team.
  • Communication and leadership skills is required.
