Senior Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:
Fuddo is hiring a Senior Telecalling Executive with 2+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or B2B onboarding. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on reaching out to restaurants, promoting Fuddo's services, and onboarding them to our food delivery and takeaway platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential restaurant partners from leads provided by Fuddo.
• Explain the benefits of joining Fuddo, including low commission rates, free onboarding, and access to a growing customer base.
• Persuade and onboard restaurants through strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Assist restaurant owners with document collection and completion of the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, lead status, and follow-ups using CRM tools and WhatsApp Business.
• Achieve daily and weekly onboarding targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or restaurant onboarding.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Telugu.
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
