Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller Executive who is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English. The ideal candidate should be confident in making 100+ outbound calls per day, maintaining a positive attitude, and converting leads into prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain company offerings.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, messages, or emails.
Schedule appointments or site visits with interested clients.
Maintain proper records of daily calls and update the CRM.
Handle customer queries professionally and with empathy.
Support sales and marketing teams with feedback from calls.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Gujarati (must), Hindi, and basic English.
Comfortable making 100+ calls per day.
Strong convincing skills and a polite telephone manner.
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Prior experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
