Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sr. Tele-caller to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in real estate.

Qualifications and Skills

Responsible for calling and generating leads from provided data, fixing up the site visits, or fixing meetings with clients.

* Responsible for doing Follow-ups of the leads every day to create prospective clients.

* Ensuring the conversion of lead to a prospect and eventually as successful Closure.

* Responsible for Fixing Site visits or Client Meetings.

* Responsible for giving project pretension to clients and converting the leads towards closure.

* Build a good working relationship with potential clients to create new business opportunities & Follow up with potential customers to prospect for Closures

* Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers Negotiations and closing the sales at competitive prices as per the Company strategy.

* Presentation of sales performance reports to Manager in weekly / monthly progress reviews. Responsible for sharing calling reports & Reporting on sales activities to the Manager by EOD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
