Hi All,
We are hiring for a Reputed Firm in Pune/ Jaipur for TL/ SR TL and Manager role
The job details are below:
Ensure adherence to U.S. mortgage regulations and underwriting guidelines
· Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex underwriting issues and provide expert guidance
· Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
· Provide training and support to team members on underwriting best practices
· Prepare reports on process performance, compliance, and improvement initiatives
· Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for underwriting process, offering insights and recommendations
· 4-5 years for TL/ 10+years for Manager role of experience in U.S. mortgage underwriting
· Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage regulations, guidelines, and underwriting processes
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Shift- flexible
NOTICE PERIOD: immediate/ currently serving /someone who can join in a month/ 45 days
