The Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with key stakeholders to fulfill workforce needs efficiently.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on market trends and talent availability.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice.
Analyze recruitment metrics to track hiring effectiveness and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies.
Develop strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
Oversee candidate experience to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment journey.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a Non-Tech Hiring role.
Experience in B2B SaaS recruitment.
Nice to have experience in recruitment agencies.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
Should be okay working onsite.
