Position: Senior Surveyor

Location: JSW, Paradip, Odisha

Industry: Piling Constructions

Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Qualification: ITI (Survey) / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Latest Version)

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct site surveys using total stations, GPS, and conventional survey instruments.

· Prepare and verify survey reports, levels, and site measurements with high accuracy.

· Generate as-built drawings, contour maps, and layout plans using AutoCAD (latest version).

· Responsible for setting out centerlines, gridlines, foundation levels, and other key construction references.

· Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, and Contractors to ensure survey data accuracy.

· Carry out quantity measurements, cross-check BOQ quantities, and prepare documentation for billing support.

· Maintain records of benchmarks, control points, and site deviations with clear documentation.

· Ensure all survey works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and contractual requirements.

· Handle daily/weekly progress reports related to survey activities for internal and client submission.

Key Skills Required:

· Expertise in Surveying Instruments (Total Station, Auto Level, GPS).

· Strong command of AutoCAD (Latest Version).

· Knowledge of survey techniques for both residential and commercial building projects.

· Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

· Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and coordination.

· Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and record-keeping.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

· 8-10 years of hands-on site experience in surveying for Residential and Commercial Building Projects.

· Strong working knowledge of Mumbai construction practices.

· Ability to work independently and manage junior site surveyors if required.

Salary:

Salary will be offered as per industry standards and shall be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualification, and current CTC.

Project Manager / Senior Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
