Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Site Supervisor with 3+ years of experience in site execution, preferably in the interior design or civil space. The role involves managing site activities, supervising workforce, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely execution of high-quality work aligned with design standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Coordination

• Oversee day-to-day on-site activities and installation work.
• Monitor work quality, progress, and ensure site safety compliance.
• Lead and allocate work to site labor and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth execution.

Technical Oversight

• Interpret and execute work based on technical drawings and layouts.
• Take accurate site measurements and conduct quality checks.
• Ensure execution matches brand specifications and client expectations.

Material & Logistics

• Manage materials and tools on site; report shortages/delays.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams as needed.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily progress logs, material usage records, and attendance.
• Regularly update the Project Head with status reports and issues.

Candidate Profile

Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Experience:
Minimum 3 years in site supervision or interior project execution

Skills Required:

• Strong team supervision and coordination ability
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and layouts
• Familiarity with tools, site safety, and material handling
• Language proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English

Additional Requirements:

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license
• Willing to travel within Bangalore as required (25%)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month Approx (based on experience and skills)
