Job Title: Senior Sales Strategist

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Strategist to onboard U.S.-based restaurant partners onto our client’s platform. This role requires a candidate with at least 3+ years of documented inside sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet targets while working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to U.S.-based restaurant owners through outbound sales calls.
  • Pitch and enroll clients onto the platform based on their business needs.
  • Build strong rapport and follow up consistently to close deals.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and meet defined sales KPIs & targets.
  • Escalate technical or process-related issues to internal teams as needed.
  • Use CRM tools and other internal platforms to manage customer data effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to shift schedules, policies, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of inside sales experience (on paper is mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-focused
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone)

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduate or Diploma (10+2+3)
