Lead Generation and Prospecting:Actively seeking out and identifying potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
Customer Engagement:Meeting with potential clients, providing information about solar energy, and explaining the benefits of switching to solar.
Needs Assessment:Gathering information about a customer's energy usage, site conditions (roof orientation, shading, etc.), and financial goals to determine the optimal solar system.
Solution Presentation:Presenting customized solar system proposals, including system design, cost estimates, financing options, and potential energy savings.
Sales Closing:Negotiating and finalizing sales agreements, ensuring a smooth transition to the installation phase.
Installation Coordination:Working with installation teams to ensure timely and efficient installation of the solar system.
Customer Relationship Management:Maintaining ongoing communication with customers throughout the sales process and after installation to address any questions or concerns.
Product Knowledge:Staying up-to-date on the latest solar technologies, industry trends, and government incentives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Sales Skills:Ability to identify leads, build rapport with customers, and close sales.
Technical Aptitude:Understanding of solar energy systems, site assessments, and energy calculations.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical information clearly and concisely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
