Senior Sales Executive

We’re seeking an experienced and confident Cold Calling Expert who can make high-quality outbound calls to businesses and prospects in the USA market. Your goal is to generate qualified leads, set appointments, and spark meaningful business conversations.

Key Responsibilities (Female only apply)

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based leads (B2B).
• Engage prospects, introduce services, and handle objections.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and update call outcomes.
• Meet weekly call volume and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Proven cold calling or outbound sales experience (USA market preferred).
• Fluent English communication skills – both spoken and written.
• Comfortable with US business culture and etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and target-oriented.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Quiet work environment and noise-canceling headset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous BPO, VA agency, or lead generation experience.
• Experience calling for real estate, SaaS, medical, or service-based companies.
• Familiarity with tools like Dialpad, Aircall, RingCentral, etc.
