Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Field Sales Location: Bangalore Experience: 3–5+ Years Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives Job Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive for our field sales operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of proven experience in B2B/B2C field sales, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence through regular on-ground activities. Key Responsibilities:Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory Conduct field visits, meet potential clients/customers, and pitch products/services Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Collaborate with the sales team and report regularly to the Sales Manager Stay up to date with product knowledge, competitors, and market trends Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of post-sale satisfaction Requirements:3–5+ years of experience in field sales or direct selling Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Familiarity with local market and customer behavior Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred Benefits: Attractive incentives Petrol allowances as per company policy Career growth and leadership opportunities Training and development programs
