• Manage and expand distributor and channel partner networks
• Drive B2B field sales through structured client visits and outreach
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and reporting KPIs
• Train and guide junior sales representatives or support staff
• Manage both direct and indirect reportees as the team scales
• Execute territory sales plans and contribute to regional strategies
• Provide on-ground insights to the management for process and sales improvements
• Apply or adapt principles of Theory of Constraints (if familiar)
• Experience in technical sales will be a Plus.
• Proven experience in B2B distribution and retail/channel sales
• Hands-on experience managing teams of 3 or more people (direct/indirect)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven, field-oriented, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Theory of Constraints is a plus
• Comfortable with extensive travel and customer interaction
