We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive professional experienced in hard-core outbound sales process and who thrives in a fast-paced and target oriented environment. This role requires an individual with strong
cold calling, lead generation, list building,
and desk research
capabilities to deliver results. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter
with a passion for generating new opportunities, nurturing prospects, and expanding market reach. The Telecaller will work closely with the Operations teams to identify potential customers, engage with decision-makers, and generate quality leads that contribute to the recruitment process for Data Collection on Healthcare Market Research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to potential respondents to introduce company services/products and aggressively recruit for Healthcare Professionals to join our panel.
- Dial through client provided lists with phone numbers, get through gate keepers, and achieve targets set.
- make outbound calls to potential respondents or decision-makers using client-provided lists. The caller must navigate gatekeepers effectively and ensure successful reach to the target individual.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture list building and networking opportunities through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements, pain points, and business needs to tailor pitches accordingly.
- Maintain an updated and organized database of leads, prospects, and follow-up activities.
- Make outbound calls to contacts on lists provided by clients across various geographies.
- Identify and bypass gatekeepers to connect with the intended target.
- Clearly introduce the purpose of the call and engage the respondent in line with project requirements.
- Capture accurate responses or confirm interest, as per project goals (e.g., recruitment, screening, appointment setting).
- Maintain detailed and accurate call records in the calling system or project tracker.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality control to ensure high standards of call delivery.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism on calls.
- Comfortable working with targets and call quotas.

- Quick learner with adaptability to project-specific scripts and objectives.
- Time management and self-motivation in both remote and office-based settings.
2. List Building & Desk mining:
- Research and build targeted prospect lists from various sources, including online directories, LinkedIn, industry reports, and other data sources.
- Continuously update and refine the lead database to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Categorize leads based on priority, industry, and potential conversion rate.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels to source potential contact details.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track and analyze call performance, lead conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
- Provide
weekly and monthly reports
on lead generation activities, successes, and areas for improvement. - Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback from the sales team.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
1-3 years in outbound tele calling sales process, inside sales, business development, or lead generation
roles. -
Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written English communication. -
Self-Motivated & Proactive:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative. -
Sales & Persuasion Skills:
Ability to convince, negotiate, and build rapport
with potential clients. -
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn, data research tools, and lead generation software. -
Result-Oriented:
Strong focus on achieving KPIs, lead conversion targets, and business growth
